The site is highly accessible and highly visible from the well-travelled CT-12 and CT-2A. CT-2A serves as the quickest route between the area's star attractions - Mohegan Sun Resort and Foxwoods Resort.
CT-12 is also the road leading to the US Submarine Base, Groton, CT and for years, local employees of Electric Boat General Dynamics, the Sub Base, Pfizer, and other large scale employers.
